This house is architecturally resplendent and signature to Melaka's 19th century artistic style. Built by a Chieftain named Penghulu Abdul Ghani, its intricate wood carving forms the unique façade as well as the interior section of the house.
Located five km southwest of Merlimau town, the house which built in 1894, reflects a beautiful integration of Malay and Chinese culture in its design, embellishments and decorations.

From the North-South Expressway, you should exit at the Ayer Keroh interchange. From Kuala Lumpur, Ayer Keroh is one stop after the Tampin/Alor Gajah toll. From Johor Bharu, Ayer Keroh is one toll after Tangkak. Jasin is located to the Nort-East of Ayer Keroh.
