Danga Cruise 8, a dining cruise ship owned and managed by Danga Bay, was launched in August 2005. Since then, we have hosted enchanted evenings for elegant affairs both large and small. Clients that have been on to the ship for their annual dinners, appreciation nights and even seminars includes Giant Hypermarket group, Maybank, UMW Industries, Mah Sing Properties and also schools and factories.
We invite you to make your event truly special on our Danga Cruise 8 function decks. Dine and indulge in sumptuous buffets or table set dinners tailored to your needs – for lunch or dinners a well as high teas. We assure that the cruise will make your event truly special and memorable for all.
We will work with you to create an unforgettable evening of delightful dining, good service and on elegant atmosphere. Besides walk-in diners, the cruise also caters for Private Functions, Annual Dinners, Themed Parties, Appreciation Nights, Weddings, Anniversaries, Seminars, Social/Group gatherings and Events Launching.

The cruise will usually take up about 2 or 3 hours depending on the customer’s requirements. We will set sail and we can either take the causeway coastal route of Johor Bahru’s waterfront

What We Offer : |
Weekend Dining Cruise (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.)
Starts at 7.30 pm till 12.00 am. Guests will have to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance by calling 07-235 2333 or 017-7770115.
Discounts will be given to those with 20 persons and above which is negotiable.
Payments can be made with cash or credit cards. Package includes:
1) Dining Cruise at JB Waterfront
2) Live Band Performance
3) Karaoke and Entertainment of Shows
4) International Buffet Dinner
However, we do advise for advance booking as at times, the ship will be book for a particular function where we cannot take in walk-in diners.
Group Packages and Functions (High Teas / Sightseeing Tours)
For group events and packages, there is a minimum requirement of 150 pax and above. Packages varies depending on the menu and activities for the said event. For group events, packages are usually customized to suit the organizer’s requirements and budget. Since launching, we have held private functions for annual dinners, themed parties, seminars, social/group gatherings and events launching.
