Bhd. is also a shareholder in the one of the Project Development Vehicle (PDV), special purpose vehicle companies set up to deliver strategic and catalytic projects in IDR. The PDV of which Danga Bay has the stake is purportedly set up to develop world class water front city and also tasked to promote tourism and the international positioning of the waterfront.
